Has any one heard of United Services Incorporpation, because I haven't??

Cause I just recieved this phone call from the so called United Services Incorporation. I didn't even understand what the guy was saying. He said something like, you are qualified for a $5,000 grant from the government and all we need is for you to answer these questions, give us your bank name and account and we will transfer the money into your account. I was doubting this phone conversation, so I asked for his name and company name. He gave me more than I asked. The name he game me was RICKY MARTIN the singer??, and he also gave me the phone and their website. I was surfing the net at that time so I decided to check out the site and it doesn't even work. The excuse he made was "Mayber it's busy because its working on my computer, because our company is very busy." Everytime he asked me for my bank account number I would ask him another question. He also asked me if I believed in my government. Well yeah. But I didn't want to give out my account. I guess he was tired of me so he said, "Do you want to speak to my supervisor?" OFCOURSE, and you know what, the supervisor was even more crazy and wierd. He was even harder to understand. He told me the same info. but the name he gave me was totally different from RICKY MARTIN. guess what his name was, ROCKY JOHNSON. Such fishy names.... after refusing a million times ROCKY asked me if I had a boyfriend, and that he wanted a girlfriend. He said things like you have a sweet voice and I wish my wife was like you. He also said if I can't be his girlfriend if I would please be his friend because he has a lonely life, and no friends. What a sicko. Then out of nowhere he said I LOVE U and I hung up on him. What an idiot. As if anybody working for the government would talk like this. I have never recieved a call like this. and I even registered my phone number on the national do not call list. What's the deal.

It could be kids, could be scammers. If you have caller ID I would report the number to the phone company. And next time, hang up right away, there's no need to encourage these nut cases.
