SmartChoice/Health Advantage is a SCAM!!! They present themselves as a PPO but are actually a health savings plan. We were almost scammed into it, but was able to find other information to verify this. They WILL lie to you over the phone!! If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Please - I've been trying to get in touch with this company for weeks. I, like an idiot, fell for it and they've already taken money out of my checking account. I was trying to cancel before the actual date of transfer and their 800 number doesn't work anymore! If you have any info on the company or any way I can get in touch with them, I would greatly appreciate it...
