Health Network USA is a member of the the Consumer Rewards Network. The same group that Net4Ever belongs to. This company took my 129.90 in May and I still have not received a refund.
They will tell you to wait 10-14 business days for your refund. Call them back, same story. In July, I was told that they were flagging my account for research as to why my check wasn't issued. On August 3, they told me that they would put my account into high priority. Now, August 26, they told me that they would submit a request for my check to be issued manually, and to wait another 10-14 business days.
DO NOT DEAL WITH ANYONE FROM CONSUMER REWARDS NETWORK-IT IS JUST A SCAM.

Net4ever, Auto Gold, Consumer Reward Network, Fun Pass, and many more WORTHLESS DBA's ( doing business as) are part of this big SCAM.
If you been scammed by any of these companies Please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision, the more complaints the sooner they'll open and investigation.
Net4ever's website, of course, is also part of its SCAM.

I made a mistake writing that as this:Net4ever.com. Actually it is WWW.Net4ever.NET That is the correct website address with .NET at the end. Other that that everything else is correct.
Net4ever is a SCAM (Net4ever.Net)

Guys, we did an in depth research on the matter, it's NOT Harjinder “Harry” Sidhu who's behind it. We were scammed, by professional con artists, on of which is in fact a member of the democratic party of las vegas, Nevada.
As a matter of fact I am in possession of the copies of the corporate papers of Net4ever, Consumer Reward Network, Mega Movie Pass, and Premier Benefits and Health Networks.
It appears the real owners of these companies who scammed us are PAUL TOSI and PRANOT SANGPRASIT. Paul Tosi owns Net4ever, Consumer Reward Network, Mega Movie Pass and Pranot Sangprasit owns Premier Benefits. I was able to locate him at 4340 South Valley View Blvd Suite 224 Las Vegas NV and I got his mobile number (702) 610-3644 through this site
http://www.nvdems.com/events.php?eventid=612 , we found out he threw a big party on Saturday 29 October 2005 at 7pm right at his own house and even invited top Democratic Party leaders.
We are certain this is one and the same guy behind these as referenced from the phone numbers.
I learned that this jerk Paul Tosi has a collaborator who also runs this scam by the name of JOSEPH LAROSA who happens to be in the same place where I have located him.
Not only that!!! It’s a shame that this PAUL TOSI and JOSEPH LAROSA are active front runners of the Democratic Party of Las Vegas!!! This reality really sucks!!!
friends, check this out, let’s all file a joint lawsuit against these guys. If you want to find out more information, check with the Secretary of State of California and you will see the information about these guys.
