i am not sure if this is a scam, but i was in my local library and found a fax dated yesterday June 28th. It advertises a special rate of 99$ down , 394$ total for a trip for two to Orlando for 4 days/3 nites. As a bonus you get a 3 day/2 nite cruise as well as a 3 day/2 nite stay in Daytona beach.
I called them to see the deal and he told me all teh details and tried to get me to lock in the trip with a deposit. Also i asked for website and he kind of brushed over it by repeating the details. I told them the old adage "if it looks too good to be true, it usually is" and he replied with a pretty good response, although i would have a good one ready also if i ran teh scam. He told me time share companies that sponsor teh trips require that upon arrival to Orlando you meet with them for an hr or so to discuss your timeshare needs. He said 1 in 10 will buy, so they can afford to give extremely discounted trips to the other 9 in 10 becuase of this. Sounds like a semi-decent reason for such discounts, but still shady. Also you have 30 days money back garauntee, however you must book a trip 45 days before you plan to go. The offer, once paid, lasts for 18 months, no blackout dates either. That alone is shady too.
Anyone ever heard of this??? sadly i dont think i asked for a company name. let me know if i passed up an incredible opportunity or if i was smart enough to tell this guy id call him back.
Dont know why but when i type i usually mispell THE and write TEH..as u mite have noticed

if you are willing to get hammered during that time share presentation go for it. I used to work for a company like that...it is probably legit but I would reserach it further before handing any money out.

If you get the chance check out coastal vacations. You pay1200 dollars and you can take a whole bunch of vacations for the whole year. I think like 3o or more vacatins. You can sell them...give them away....i belive you just have to pay taxes.

Hi, This sounds like a promotion. Did they say you had to attend a Presentation? With the Vacation Package we represent your accommodations are covered for the cost of the Taxes. But instead of Paying over $300 (which is close to the taxes + fees) you can get unlimited vacations with our package which you can use all you want, give away as gifts and business incentives, etc. and donate.
Go to the Travel Packages page at the top and open the brochures. You can contact me if you wish from the website if you have any questions. Travel Packages have been around for 20+ years. OURS IS LEGIT - WE HAVE TAKEN SOME AND WE KNOW OF MANY OTHERS AND CAN SHOW YOU RECEIPTS !!!
