They most likely will file a civil suit against you to get a judgement placed on your record for the amount owed to them. That is what my bank is telling me they will do if I don't pay back $4000 within 90 days.
Does anyone know if there are any legal ways to fight this type of action?

really? they told me something like it will be sent to a debt collection and i cant open a bank account for up to 5-7 years. That shiet suckkks

damn this thing sucks, heres wat i really dont get, I deposited my check and three days later, my account showed my funds were avaliable and tats why i withdrawl it, but wouldnt i have had to had the funds in tehre in order to withdrawl. STupid bank!

i ALSO RECIEVED A CHECK FROM CHRIS FORTE FOR 4, 500 AND IT COMES FROM THE BANK OF NAVASOTA (NAVASOTA, TEXAS)
