when i e-mailed her back & told her she's a scammer here was her response: èäè íàõóé!
does anybody here know russian? what does this mean?

No, I can't make any sense out of that. It looks like it's been copied and pasted between different character sets and I can't figure out which one (even though I know a fair bit about Russian character encoding!)
If you copy and paste it in cyrillic then perhaps..

???????? ya, that's what i came up with which still makes no sense to me. it makes as much sense as a person falling in love with me & telling me that i'm the man of their dreams without ever meeting me!

Go it - she typed "иди нахуй" ("idi nakhui") - which is a contraction of "Иди на хуй" ("idi na khui")
It roughly translates as "go to hell", although you should be aware that it's ruder than that because "хуй" means "penis".
There's a translation on this site (click on Х and then scroll about half way down to Хуй). That site has quite a lot of good phrases if you want to fire one back.

Lol, probably go blank yourself without any KY, since you added I’m not rich. I don’t think some of those Russian”Buy a babe is a scam” You get what you pay for. But not in that sense where you are buying the person. There looking for a better life hoping some rich guy will sweep them off their feet and get married. I wouldn’t blame them woman get treated horribly in Russia.

Lol, you be surprised who actually have done this. You would also be surprised some guys would do this for companionship. But it is a scam in a sense. And they will leave once they get here. But some won't. But who cares it’s not really relevant to me nor is it really a high risk scam. I do not see men getting lured by any woman through these emotional type tactics, but it happens. But just me, I just find it rather amusing woman trying to influence me with emotions? I have emotions? Bahhh LOL
Also, have any males or females been to a gentleman’s club? Not much different all woman have a price and say whaever it takes to get that 100 dollar bill from you. But they are rather fun, you gotta blow your money somewhere. God help me if my other half ever gets on my notebook reads this statement.
