PS 12daily Pro is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Anyone still unsure whether it's a scam should try calling the NC Attorney General's Office direct on (919) 716-6400. Make sure you explain how you have to pay money in before you get any money out of the scheme.

I know where quite a few ponzis are. Any former member that got ripped off (I hear that's happening quite often with 4Daily members nowadays) could easily take them to court and put an end to them. So, until that happens or the feds come to put a stop to it, we'll sit here and debate about it. Not a problem to me, as long as it helps newbies see that autosurfs aren't what they're cracked up to be. I agree that newbies get ripped off the most as have I when I was one, but how is it any different to giving money to a stock broker and him losing it all well he actually has a reason why your money is gone true.WHat about forex people loose heaps on that yet its not considered a hyip and is perfectly legal.I guess if you have to resort to scams and risky gambling type investments to earn money, you need to take a look at your life (looks at his life)(silence)

I called that number Ponzi and they say they have never heard of them. The guy was very interested in joining though. I gave him my affiliate link and he signed up and invested $1K. I get a cool $120 out of that. Thanks Ponzi.

If you wait a few hours the attorneys themselves might be in - hey, why not see if you can sign them up as well .

Don't compare 12dp to other autosurfs, it's a legally registered company that provides advertising services with various income streams, which means it's a business and definitely not a scam like most others....Provide evidence that they're a scam and I'll gladly take back my comments..

The reason there advertising is so popular is that every member is a confirmed sales lead they arent just playing aimless ads on the hope someone might see, they are actually played to verified individuals its like having a 100,000+ market research group.Seriously do you think Microsoft after all the trouble theyve been in would advertise through a company that wasnt legit???

Everyone else stay well clear. If you are at all unsure, call the North Carolina Consumer Protection Department at (919) 716-6400 - that's +1 919 716-6400 from outside the USA - and ask them what they think of 12daily Pro.

You are very incorrect.
The "advertising services" of an autosurf are valued extremely cheap, because in general, advertisers know that no one pays attention to autosurf ads. They can minimize them in their browser, walk away from their computer for five minutes and the surfing is done. Isn't that all you have to surf in 12Daily? Five minutes? If that's the product being advertised, why is the amount of surfing you can do daily limited? Isn't that going against the supposed "premise" of the website?
So the fact that some are being paid thousands for doing nothing should send off a red flag to anybody. This is, of course, due to the fact that the autosurfing component is a coverup for the underlying ponzi scheme. Now, I have nothing against autosurfs, but I'm sure Chariss or whoever owns 12DP and other autosurf owners did NOT go into this "business" to spread quality traffic. They went in to operate a ponzi, and how it ends, we can only wait and see.
By the way, the fact that they're "registered" means nothing. Many other ponzis throughout time have also been "registered" only to be busted by their local governments.
