The Dorean Group mortgage-elimination swindle is finally circling the drain.
Kurt Johnson has been arrested and now joins his partner Scott Heineman in jail - only a matter of hours after the faithful listened to their weekly conference call where the head scam marketers Farrel LeCompte and Guy Santermo tried to keep the troops rallied as they listened to yet another series of promises from Kurt about how great things were going to get.
Hundreds of people all over the country face losing thier homes in this scheme and no matter how they dress the theories up it all boils down to long-discredited scams that just won't go away.

Judge...What is the fate of Farrell and Guy they were certainly in this up to their ears.

About a month ago, the acerbic Mr. LeCompte posted something on his forum which basically said "For those clients who are still sticking with us, you know how to contact Guy and myself, and we are still here for you."
I suspect they are cooperating with the prosecutors to avoid their own arrest despite the chest-pounding bragadocio of the past.
Hopefully, someone will get around to shutting down Bill Julian's replicant program and indicting Byron Gashler for ignoring the court order to stop promoting the process. The longer they leave the little fishes free the more victims there will eventually be.
