The earlier you get into an MLM/pyramid scheme like "payment eliminator" the more you might make; the later you get in the more you will lose.

Sorry - it not only sounds trashy when the marketing spin comes off, it probably is. Joe may be the most wonderful person in the world but that has nothing to do with the cold, hard facts about recruiting people to pay money to join so they can also recruit people to pay money to join who then have to...and so on.

It's really very simple marketing mathematics. Your pool of potential new client/agents is diminished as the program spreads. Statistically, only a certain percentage of the total target market will sign on, and once that market has been tapped, new agent/clients will eventually find the market saturated and be unable to recruit new ones and will not "reap the rewards."

Sorry, That is only an opinion and not based on fact. By your suggestion of "probably" tells me you have not taken the time or effort to thoroughly view the program or what it has to offer and is therefore deduced to only an opinion.

"Again, had you viewed the program, you would know that the benefits of joining FAR outweigh those of "just" joining and bringing others in to make $$$" It is clear you have not viewed the program to give substantial evidence that this is a "pyramid scheme" that you use so loosely in your definition of said program."

OH really??? I hear on a daily basis this complaint from my fellow military members: Quote: "If Only I could find a way to discipline myself to pay off my high interest credit cards on my own....I would have so much more $$ left over at the end of the month. But it seems that as soon as I make a payment, it is spent the very next month"
There are a number of services out there that offer to help you "eliminate debt" I know cause I have used them myself and it ended up costing me MY CREDIT! Had I known upfront that using one of these "consumer credit counseling non "YEAH RIGHT" Services would destroy my credit.....I would have never done so!!! This is NOT a "consumer credit counseling service" Does consumer credit services pay you to offer this service to others or just take your money in the "supposed" extra payments they save you??? What is their goal in doing so?? Do a search on "consumer credit counseling SCAM" on the internet and its right there EXACTLY WHAT their goal is!

What "entices" these common people to pay off their credit card early...IF they have no discipline to do so?? In presenting this program to others, I also hear "Hey, what you are offering ....is something I could do on my own....My response to them is this "Then why aren't you?" Why did this program interest you in the first place??" Why did you call me to get further details? Why are you spending time talking to me if all you are going to is rebuttle me??" Pretty simple, straight forward "questions"...and you know what I generally get in return?? "You are right, it does interest me but it just sounds too good to be true" Well it is not...and we are willing to give you 4 weeks absolutely free to try it out and see if it can benefit you!"

If you take a little time to view what the membership offers, you will see that there IS a viable product and not one offered by just every "here today gone tomorrow program out there trying to have YOU pay $35 for a product they can find themselves for free on the internet. E-books are a dime a dozen these days...do NOT offer me a free e-book as your product, I will laugh in your face and show you numerous places you can get it for free! Joe's product is one that has had years of trial and error put into it to create it. It is accessible on the website after one joins and after the first payment is withdrawn, upon request it can ALSO be sent to a mailing address in a 150 page binder with a CD and every single form you would need to get started. I call Joe the "Matthew Lesko of the Internet". This is a product YOU CANNOT get anywhere else as it is HIS PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND HIS PERSONAL SUCCESS in creating and marketing businesses on AND off-line!

So again, "With All due respect to your title, Sir" I ask you to take a "closer" look at the program you are putting in "every other pyramid category out there" if You do find something in this program that is questionable, then I bet you anything, Joe will find a way to FIX IT! He has already listend to his members on a number of things and is enhancing the program to satisfy the majority of the members' requests.

Let me start by asking, "Do I have an intent on making a profit from the Payment Eliminator program" Of course I do. Do I beleive that network marketing has merits? Yes to that. Do I also believe that many people will not do anything in their network marketing program and feel like they lost money? Yes to that as well. That is why I am offering my expertise in how to work for yourself in a variety of jobs in the "Boss Eliminator" package.

In fact, for several of the jobs, the participants will be working closely with me or others who are experts in these businesses. For most of the jobs, the only additional investment is time and perhaps standard office supplies. I have spent months making the sales letters, brochures, flyers and other marketing tools that members get that they can use. I give them scripts, resources and a lot of other benefits that they can use from Day One to get started working for themselves in non-internet based businesses for the most part. If someone starts to offer the 90-Day Same as Cash program for example, they can truly earn up to $1200 for setting up a merchant to accept deferred checks from a customer and still be guaranteed that they will get their funds. Someone can call local merchants, offering to save them money on their credit card processing fees just by switching to a lower-fee provider, and get paid a minimum of $100 for the converison. Someone can call on 10 "strip center" merchants and explain the co-op advertising program to them, then use the pre-made templates to create the ad sheets and make at least $400. Are these scam businsses? I think not.

Yes, I want to see the membership in the Payment Eliminator grow as I have pride in that business, and believe in the concept that it offers. But I also want my members to feel good about thier decision to join and pay the $495 fee, that is why I offer the Boss Eliminator program. And, coming soon wil be a program where members can get a $250 referral fee for helping a credit-challenged person get a home of their own through a unique investor/trust program. If a member takes the time and initiative to promote what I teach them, they will prosper. If they don't, they will flounder and will end up posting more negative comments here..

The last I heard, no one has heard from them and the office doesn't answer. Your best plan is to contact the Attorney General in New York and file a complaint. That's probably the only way you will stand any chance of getting anything back.
