I sent in $160 to this so call company back in March. The check was cashed and I never received anything. I wrote a letter in July to them telling them that I had not received anything and I wanted my money reimbursed. Tis now September and I still haven't heard anything from them. This company is nothing but a scam to get peoples hard earned money.

Hi all, I am new here and have reed thru every one of these posts and need to ask the blatant question that I have yet to see... Do we have any kind of recourse against these lowlifes?? I am so game for a class action lawsuit for fraud, mis- advertising, out and out lies and the list could go on. Can you sue some one for being a disgusting human being? They are targeting the disabled and the moms and who ever else are in desperate need of money and they know it. And the worst of all, they do it because they know that most of us don't have the time or the energy to fight back as hard as we need to track these bass - turdz down. It is really sad. They must have no sole.
So basically, I could copy what they are doing, rip off the "poor" and "desperate" in a very similar scam, and get away Scott free? There has got to be something we can do. There has to be something that they are afraid of. Anybody know or have any clue? I am going to contact my lawyer tomorrow and find out if there is anything at all that I or we can do to make them pay for this. I am determined to get my money back. Unfortunately, when I received my first letter, I could not find really anything on the web about this company. And believe me; I searched for over an hour... I also checked the BBB and their site was down so it was a no go there. I haven't admitted this to any one else, but I was just so anxious to start making that money because the deal sounded SO great to me, that I wanted to hurry up and get my forms out so I could start providing more for my family, and myself too!
I sent out my forms with a money order for $180.00 and anxiously awaited my package. About a week after I sent it out the BBB site was working again and I was bummed, but still hopeful. Then once I received my box it was total disappointment, disgust, and embarrassment. There are so many things that they out and out lied about like "You do NOT need to sell anything to be paid $5.00 per envelope or receive your $1000.00 gift!" That is beyond mis- advertising. The list goes on as I am sure most of you are aware. I actually bated around the idea of sending out the brochures just to see how it went, but then several things dawned on me. #1 - I would have to pay postage. #2 - Who in their right mind would ever send a check to a Kristina Nelson or Joe Blow from Coon Rapids, MN for anything let alone hundreds of dollars? #3 - If I accepted checks from people, cashed them in an account in my name, and then forwarded the money to someone else whom in return didn't send out the product, I would be liable. I don't have time for that crap. # 4 - There is no phone number on the brochure for a customer to call and ask questions. #5 - The 6 digit code that I used I put my son's name. How many others did that thinking this was a pin number for your own personal use, not a mass mailing. How on earth do they decipher this? And most importantly #6 - These people LIED to me from the get go. Why would I trust that they would send me a penny for orders they received directly.
I am sorry for ranting and raving, but I needed the release. Please forgive me. I will update you tomorrow once I hear back from my lawyer. Please chime in anyone who has experience fighting this kind of thing! Thanks!

I sent off for the info just to see what it was. It is a SCAM!!!
I can thnk of no logical reason a company based in Las Vegas would forward their mail request to "Fox Valley, IL 60599" to be mailed according to the postal cancellation.
NEVER pay money in advance to work for someone, period.
The logic is paying you $5 to fold and stuff and lick and seal and stamp is beyond belief.
First of all, there is a little machine you buy for about $200 that FOLDS anything you want folded. They do not need to pay you $5 to fold.
There is another machine that will stuff envelopes for about $3,000.
There's a lot of machine that can fold AND stuff 1800 units per hour for about $5K. They don't need US to do it for them.
All big companies buy these machines for their monthly billing process. They certainly don't pay anyone $5 to fold and stuff them. If they did, they would have to significantly increase their utility or telephone service charges to cover the exorbitant overhead.
Here's a link to an envelope stuffing company that was successfully procecuted. Notice he took in $3 MILLION but only had to pay back $250,000. So what would be the odds of getting back a significant portion of your money -- not good.
http://www.consumer.state.ny.us/pre...ember112004.htm
BRENDA -- gotta tell you I simply do not understand why you went ahead and sent in your money after ALL the posters who said they sent in their money and got NO package of single-page brochures to mail.
Now you want help getting your money order refunded? You had the help before you sent off your money. While I can feel for you having sent off the money, how many times did you have to read the bad experiences of others before you heed the advice.
Any of you that sent a check. If you did not receive the merchandise, your bank can help you get back your money on the basis of bank fraud. You will have to fill out some papers but the bank can reverse the transaction. GET ON IT!!

Also, please contact the Fedral Trade Commision at 1-877-FTC-HELP to file a complaint. They will then give you another number to consumer protection for your state(Attorney General's office). Please do this as it will benifit us all, and hopefully stop thease guys from riping off any one else!

This business is a business but has been taken over by private police agencies working with the New York FBI and post office. They are not telling people about this because this business is under serious investigation for federal crimes and I.D. theft. Innocent victims need to contact the USPS to make sure they are not being placed on lists. The contact number for WMG is
212-608-8870 ph 212-608-8872 fax
e-mail: nymailingservice@aol.com
web site: www.wantcheapboxes.com
ask about Wholesale Marketing Group and if they have anyone comming in leaving information for phone calls, e-mail or fax. Or just ask for any info on #125 mail box in their office.

And, what about the $20-some in postage for the one's with incorrect addresses?? If you find out how to shut these people down, please let me know. In regards to your question...NO.

The phone number you are seeking is 1-775-996-1351, WMG was advertised in our Sunday classifieds Quote: Originally Posted by jessicat I also just got my package from them. When I realized it wasn't as it seemed I e-mailed the administration asking if we get paid soley on commision or by letter as it states and my reply was as follows nothing ommitted or added verbatim:
Who would pay $5.00 to mail a letter? Be serious.
The letter stated you could earn a $5.00 AVERAGE the average being based on commissions earned.
Can you believe it! They talked to me like I was a moron which I guess I am for signing up with them. They didn't even address me by my name! I'm working on sending my supplies back and getting my money back but I have to wait for another probably rude e-mail reply since I can't find any phone number. I threatned to contact JennTech (their server) with a complaint who seemed fed up with calls for their company info. Maybe if enough of us do that they'll get kicked out from JennTech, why be a host that you have to take all their phone calls for?
Has anyone sent out the brochures? Do you realy make money in commission and how can you guarentee anything what if their is a problem how do you call the boss?
